we just arrived back from the Summer 2011 Havana cigar auction in London which was held Monday 4th. Achieved prices reflect the currently strong market for rare cigars and all in all the interest in these was the highest I have seen since long. Simon Chase, the Grand Doyen of Cuban cigars, mentioned to me he was surprised about the price levels on Dunhill, Davidoff & Co. Yet, and given the fact these are rare, wonderful smokes available only in tiniest qtys there is only one way for prices to go.
